2015-2016 RZR 170 Fuel Tank Replacement

[Must be performed even if Z-15-02 was previously performed]

Safety Recall: 
Model year 2015-16 RZR 170 units may have been manufactured with fuel tanks that do not meet Polaris quality standards. As a result, the fuel tanks may crack, resulting in a fuel leak.

Safety Consequence:
Fuel leaking in the presence of an ignition source may present a fire hazard.
